  1. RHIDE is copyright (C) 1996,1997 by Robert Höhne.

  3. The sources for the Turbo Vision library, which is used to build
  4. RHIDE, are copyright by Borland International. But they are agreed
  5. to make modifications on them and use it freely.
  6.  
  7. That means, the binaries of RHIDE are not copyright in any part by
  8. Borland International.

  10. Parts of RHIDE are copyright by other people which is notated in the
  11. source files. These are especially all the files in the libset subdirectory
  12. which contain the INFO-Viewer and the editor used by RHIDE. These
  13. sources are copyright by Salvador Eduardo Tropea and he allowed me
  14. to distribute them together with the sources for RHIDE.

  16. For more details about the copying conditions for the files in the
  17. libset subdirectory, read the beginning of the file ceditor.cc in that
  18. directory.

  42. and that it is not the binary from the original sources distributed by me.

  44. If you distribute the sources for RHIDE, you are not allowed to distribute
  45. the full modified sources for the Turbo Vision library because of the
  46. copying conditions by Borland International.
